Chee’s Pickle Slaw
This slaw is a PRETTY Big Dill, and a winner for all of your gatherings! Also a GREAT way to make use of leftover brine…yummo!Ingredients List
- 1 c. Accompaniment Co. Zesty Dill Pickles, julienned
- 1 small head of green cabbage, shredded
- 1 shallot/red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 medium carrot, shredded
- 2 TBSP fresh dill, chopped
For the Dressing:
- 3 TBSP Mayo or Greek yogurt
- ½ c. brine from those delicious pickles
- ½ TBSP sugar or sweetener of choice
- ¼ c. fresh chopped dill
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Simple Step-By-Step
- In a large bowl, mix together dressing ingredients until well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning to your liking.
- Mix in all prepared ingredients, incorporating it all together. Cover and let your slaw get happy in the fridge for an hour or so.
- Serve on your favorite pulled pork or crispy chicken sammie…or if you’re a hardcore pickle lover, just grab a fork and dig in!
