Chee’s Pickle Slaw

This slaw is a PRETTY Big Dill, and a winner for all of your gatherings! Also a GREAT way to make use of leftover brine…yummo!
Chee’s Pickle Slaw

Ingredients List

  • 1 c. Accompaniment Co. Zesty Dill Pickles, julienned
  • 1 small head of green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 shallot/red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium carrot, shredded
  • 2 TBSP fresh dill, chopped

For the Dressing:

  • 3 TBSP Mayo or Greek yogurt
  • ½ c. brine from those delicious pickles
  • ½ TBSP sugar or sweetener of choice
  • ¼ c. fresh chopped dill
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Simple Step-By-Step

  1. In a large bowl, mix together dressing ingredients until well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning to your liking. 
  2. Mix in all prepared ingredients, incorporating it all together. Cover and let your slaw get happy in the fridge for an hour or so. 
  3. Serve on your favorite pulled pork or crispy chicken sammie…or if you’re a hardcore pickle lover, just grab a fork and dig in!
